Terms and Conditions

 

For all room bookings:

A minimum stay of 2 nights is required over a weekend

A minimum stay of 3 nights is required over a bank holiday

A credit card number is required to guarantee all bookings, for individual room bookings full payment will be drawn 48 hours prior to the booking date

Payments can be made by card or bank transfer

 

Standard  cancellation policy:  Over 14 days no charge, 14 days and under full payment taken, unless room/s are re let. Travel insurance is recommended.

 

Exclusive Use of Devonshire House cancellation policy:  A 25% deposit will be requested at time of reservation, full payment to be made 4 weeks prior to the event.  If the event is cancelled outside of 6 weeks, no charge made, if under 6 weeks, deposit retained, if under 4 weeks full payment retained.  Event insurance is always recommended for groups.
